I cannot find a way to change my automatic updates. Everything I've read relates to other Windows platforms. I've signed in and out, changed accounts, I'm just not able to access settings. Any suggestions? I don't want to have to keep deleting files. Thanks!

I actually figured it out.
I found the settings and was able to change them.
I tried to delete my question from the board but could not.
Is there a way to take down my discussions?
