I'm sorry to hear your tablet is locked and you're able to access it CHOWEN. Once this happens, you will have the option to access it by attempting to unlock it 20 times, then it will request your Gmail password. If this doesn't happen, the only option is to complete a factory reset http://vz.to/1sd8l4L.
