    Backup Assistant not working on new phone


      My husband just got a Samsung Intensity, and we can't seem to get his contact list transferred in. We have Backup Assistant, and it's all there online. We cancelled Backup Assistant from his old phone, but it still isn't working. When I enter BA from his phone, I get an error code 313. 

      Any ideas?
