Can I answer my galaxy s5 with a text message?

If I'm busy and cant answer my phone, Is there a way I can easily send a text message saying I will call back?

When the phone rings, you can Reject Call With Message ... it's an option at the bottom of the screen.  Slide it up and either select a standard reply or compose a new one.
