Having an issue with the wifi versus mobile data usage.even when I'm connected to a good signal I am finding myself using up mobile data I've gone way over for this month and it is through no fault of my own. In fact I have mobile data turned off on the device I'm using. So I would like to know why the heck this is still using up my mobile data stuff. If I don't get some sort of answer and going to no phones or something because this is freaking ridiculous.
basically I need an answer on how to stop this and how to get my bill fixed because I can't reach the Verizon help service line. Apparently the place in Texas where I'm at is one of the only spots verizon can't reach. so yeah this is basically an ultimatum to anybody who can help. Because if I don't get this fixed I'm not paying the next bill that comes up cuz I feel I'm being cheated and stolen from and I won't stand for it.

magi_wildcard,
Oh my goodness! This sounds very alarming to us. We want to make sure we go over all of your data usage. With data usage time and amount these are estimates. When they are being reported is an estimate. The data that is showing when you have your data turned off more than likely was done previously.
You can check your data usage by going into the Settings>Mobile Data>Data Usage.
