Not sure if a tower has been dropped in this area but my signal has gotten extremely weak, especially in doors. Are there any reports or information I can look up to see if this will be resolved?

We're always working hard to resolve any service issues reported, Hotwire454. I checked out those three zip codes you provided and don't see any reports of a recent change. Indoors will usually be more difficult to pick up a strong signal due to the interference building matierials cause with the service. When did you notice a change? What model phone do you use? Do you know of any other Verizon Wireless lines that have noticed the change in signal as well?

Hey Jennifer,
It's been going in for at least a month now, been expecting it to get better but it hasn't. I'm using an HTC one m8, latest software, no hacks. My wife and a couple others at work have noticed as well.
I understand about the signal strength in buildings, but it's gotten to the point where we have 0 service in places we used to have service. Wal-Mart on Battleground, Lowe's foods on Church street.. sometimes you need to contact someone and about have to exit the store / restaurant to be able to make a call or receive a text.

Hotwire454 We appreicate the details. Upon checking our coverage map we do see there are areas of opportunity. Have you spoke with technical support to have a network ticket filed? How is service at your home? Any different?

I have not spoken with technical support nor opened a ticket. I've got 1-2 bars 4G at my house but sometimes service is spotty if I'm on a phone call.

This has still not been resolved and I have not been contacted by private message. Phone is showing -114 to -117dB in the same exact location as previously noted. @TrevorC_VZW
