Wifi calling on Android devices

I just got Verizon and I live by the beach and my reception is crappy.  I want to get a wifi app that works!  Any suggestions???

I do NOT want an app that requires one to change their phone number.  I hated T-Mobile but the app worked for incoming and outgoing calls.

The only ones I have tested for Verizon only allow out-going, but I need one that allows both or at least incoming calls, so I can answer my phone when I am home.

Any suggestions ???

ooVoo works well. So does Google Voice and I use the free Magic Jack App but it works better if you have a Magic Jack number.

The free app from Magic Jack uses a 10 digit number *12345678* which is a real pain for people to call with as I used as an example.

However my real magic jack service I have a regular number 000-000-0000 which is a lot better.

There is also other WiFi calling apps out there just do a google search. I think hangouts has that ability. But I may be wrong.

Hi Michael.

    I live in zip code 95003, close to the beach. Plus, I am on the bottom floor of a 2 story building.  Overall I am happy with Verizon, though if I cannot resolve this issue I may need to return the phone and plan prior to my 14 day initial plan being up.  I would greatly appreciate any and all help.  Thank you,

If you think you'll get better service in less than 14 days, I'm sorry.  Return the phone and find something else.  I should have thought better thinking they would fix the issues we are now having at work, but it's been 3 weeks and it has not gotten any better.

Do you have issues with service outside your building as well? Do you know anyone else with Verizon in this location? Do they have issues as well?
