Won't recognize brand new SIM card?? Just got it today and it won't recognize sim

PPut brand new sim in brand new phone and it it is saying it doesn't recognize sim????

Call 1-800-922-0204 from a different phone and have tech support assist you.

Or go to the nearest Verizon wireless corporate store and have them assist you.

As Elector mentioned a Sim Card can be obtained for free at any "Corporate Verizon Store" in your area since the Sim Card you have is having issues,  One thing to note.!  non Corporate stores might have them as well but going to one of them you may incur a small charge for the Card..

Let us know the outcome of the Card.. hopefully a store in your area can help assist and get your phone working again for ya. b33

And T-Mobile charges for them. Called a Sim kit. Its a Sim on a plastic card with instructions on how to install it.

They charge $10 plus tax. Yeah they are the #uncarrier
