How do I change the password on my voice mail on a Samsung Note 3?

Call your voice mail and enter your password.  When 'the voice' gives you the option tree, choose 4 for Personal Options, then 2 for Admin, then 1 for Passwords.  You'll then be asked to enter a new Password.
