For the past month, my family has been able to make or receive calls on our iphones in our home. We are in a covered area. Never had problems before this. We can still text and use data. Please help.

lcook65 We certainly want to make sure that your family can make and receive calls. Please share more details. Are you able to make calls outside of the home? Are you currently using a network booster?

I have no idea what a network booster is.....yes, we can make and receive
calls outside of the house. This has been going on for approx. 3 or 4
weeks. We had no problems with the phones, in any way, prior to this
problem.

I'm sorry you're having these service issues lcook65. I'd like to check the coverage in your area. What zip code are you in? What happens when you try to get a call? Do you get an error message?
Thank you,

Thanks for the additional information lcook65! As I review our coverage map, I see that Logan has several areas marked with no coverage available and it is normal to have spotty service or no service at all when in this areas of Logan. Please visit this link http://bit.ly/qQR9lM click on the Check Your Coverage button, and enter your full address to confirm coverage (or no coverage) in your location.

I did and it's showing as as solid digital coverage. The point is, we had
NO issues with using any of the phones up until a few weeks ago...now we
can't. The only reason we went with Verizon Wireless was because the area
is covered well. So now, we have 3 phones that are useless for calls in
our own home. I want some help with getting this resolved. As I stated
previously, I had a guest in our home last week who has an Iphone 4 through
Sprint. She was able to make and receive calls. It's your service that's
the problem.

Thanks for the additional info lcook65. The area looks good from a coverage perspective. We aren't reported any known issues. Is this mainly limited to inside your home?

Thank you for the info, lcook65. Are you the only home having problems? Any other neighbors? We encourage you to look into a Network Extender http://vz.to/IHRT6h. It is a great option to provide service inside the home.
