I have a fairly new Bold that is adding extra letter now when I text or post.

I cannot text or type on my Bold 9930 without it adding capital i letters and adding lowercase i in everything.  Please help!

Hello Beebalitz!

I'm sorry to learn that your messaging is acting like that! Let's troubleshoot this to figure out what's going on. Are you using a messaging application, Blackberry Messaging, or the text messaging application the device came with?

Please complete a quick reboot of your Blackberry by pulling the battery for a couple minutes, then reattach and turn back on. No data will be lost in this process. Once that is done, please try again and let us know how it goes.
