Cannot send or receive calls.

My Droid Razr suddenly stopped sending and receiving calls.  All calls are going to voicemail, and I can't call anyone.  It just sits there and says it's dialing.  I can send and receive texts, no problem.  I can go to Facebook, and my other apps, no problem.  Any ideas?

Oh no! It's important to have a properly working device. Has there been any liquid or physical damage to the device? Have you tried removing/adding the sim card to the device http://vz.to/1ntT6QW ?
