My Droid X suddenly has stopped receiving calls. They all go to voice mail. Also, I can't even make a call. It just sits there showing it's calling, but nothing happens. I can send and receive texts, and can get to FB and other apps. What's wrong? Help!

Reboot your phone. Pull the battery and then allow it to restart. You might even need to update your PRL by calling *228.

Sorry, I made a mistake. I have a Droid Razr. It doesn't have a battery, and I've rebooted 3 times already. Thank you for your response. I've reposted my question in the Droid Razr place. My old phone was an X. Sorry for the error.

Is it a 4G phone? If so, you might need s new Sim card. The are free at a corporate Verizon Wireless store.

Denese59,
We need to get your service up and running again! We definitely suggest getting a new SIM card as StreetDocRN suggested, but if that does not work please let us know. There is further trouble shooting that can be done.
