I received my s4 mini about 4 months ago, and about a month into owning it, the battery gets extremely hot, to the point its untouchable. When I restart my phone due to lag or freezing, it will pop up several alerts that most of my texts never sent some of them super old texts. Lastly more recently it has randomly said I do not have a sim card in my phone, of course I can reset it and it will re recognize it but it still says that sometimes. Should I reset my whole phone or bring it into my local verizon for help?
