not getting emails on LG lucid

I have an LG Lucid which has been great for the most part.   However, I'm not receiving email updates from my comcast email account.  The emails are on my computer but not showing on my phone.   Shutting down the phone and doing a restart does not help.  Manually refreshing does not work.  I even set retrievel time to every 15 mins and increased number of messages allowed - nothing is working.    Is there anything else I can try  - other than removing and re-installing the account?    Thank you in advance for your help!

Lets keep you in the loop Mama2CnT! We'll get right to work to pinpoint what is causing the trouble with your Comcast email account. Have you recently made any changes to the password? Are you receiving any errors? Are you able send emails from the device?
