I installed Verizon Cloud on my phone. Contacts, photos and videos are backed up fine, but music is not. In the "Settings" -" What to backup" screen, there is no option for backing up music or anything other than contacts, photos and videos.

Kma3211,
We can help with that! Do you have an Android, Windows, or Apple phone? At this time, only Android phones support the ability to back up music.

However Apple has a service called
I use it all the time. Its worth the $25 a year.

No fix required. It is not supported on Apple iOS devices. That is quite clear.
Buy the Apple Cloud $24.99 a year.

You say "At this time, only Android phones support the ability to back up music." Does this mean that in the future you intend for Apple devices to have the ability to backup music? If so, any idea of when?
