Why are some text messages state PENDING and not going forward only to some contacts?
Make sure you have a good signal. If the signal is weak and fluctuating, it could cause the text message to remain where it is and not get sent. But, sometimes it shows that it is pending, and in actuality, the message has been sent out and the phone is not reflecting that. It can also show pending when you are sending group messages as well.
There have issues issues exchanging text msgs between android and Iphones.
