Why is it that every carrier in the US has the KitKat update for the Note 3 (Which is one of the most powerful if not the most powerful device on the market), and yet Verizon which is supposedly the top carrier has yet to release it? Samsung is already talking about 4.5 Lollipop and I have not even got KitKat yet.
It just sounds like Verizon has no clue how to please its customers.
I'm a 12-13 year customer, with 7 lines. I am with you. Verizon sucks. Note 3 should have been one of the first to receive this 4.4 update!

Don't expect much out of them here other than the generic canned answer with a link to the site where the update will be announced usually after the fact though.
