He only wants a basic phone, can't use a flip or touchscreen. The buttons are awfully small for someone with small motor coordination.

I did not see anything that would work. Remember the parameters- no touchscreen, large buttons, no flip phone. Think about someone with shaky hands. I work with several groups and hear this complaint often. Verizon does not seem to be a dressing their customers with disabilities. The older phones worked better because there was space between the buttons. With the new flat face, it is not easy to use. What accommodations are being made for the blind that depend on touch?

Meerkats- It's important that our customers are able to find a device that best fits their needs. With the parameters you have provided, the device that closey meets these would be our LG Cosmos 3. http://vz.to/1jgGWH1

That could work in a pinch, but do you see how sleek the buttons are? These are very difficult for someone with small motor coordination or failing eyesight to target.
