Can I switch from an iPhone 4 to an LG Revolution for free?

So i just bought the LG Revolution from eBay and i wanted to know if Verizon will switch my iPhone $ to the LG Revolution for free or do they charge to switch it over? I'm kind of nervous. I've been on here before asking about the Incredible II and someone told me it will be free, but i returned the phone because it wasn't 4G LTE. I also called them to ask them if i can switch phones without them charging me and the lady said yes. But something just doesn't feel right. Verizon always has a trick or two that is put in. I just want to be sure that they're not charging because i also have to buy a micro SD card. SO HELP PLEASE.
