Just got this droid x and I have wifi at home I download snapchat and the screen will be black or say its not working and disconnect I think my phone jus needs an update does anyone know how to do this from the phone itself?, verizonwireless.com used to have a person come on an instant messenger if you need help now I cant find it and I do not own a house phone so I have no other phone to call from also a few days ago my old phone would not let me send txt but did let me call and I had all the bars then after that where I live I barely get service now? I know with virgin mobile there is a way they can update your service on your phone can Verizon do this I have one bar sitting on the computer now please help me..

We want your phone to be fully functional. To clarify do you have the Droid X or the Moto X? If you have the Droid X you can dial *228 option 2. If not, if you have the Moto X you can just power your phone off and pull the SIM card and reinsert it. Let us know if this helps
