So why is it that VZW hasn't responded to these request's? I just looked at my phone, I'm in AZ and we don't observe DLST but I can't go into my settings and change the time or date manually? WHY?
Onry1, your time is important to us. Has your device ever reflected the correct time on it? Have you powered your device off/on to update to the closest wireless tower to ensure that the correct time is reflecting on your device? For more device support, click http://bit.ly/y5iuoj

This is twice that it's shown the incorrect time. If I turn it off and back on it fixes it. I've been with Verizon since 1999 and have never had this problem...
