When I make a call to a automated system, I have problems with keeping my number pad on the screen.
Example...a call to my voice-mail. When asked to enter my password, my screen keeps going black! I have to wiggle the phone and jab until I get a number. How do I keep my number pad from disappearing on me?
This happens anytime I'm asked to enter numbers in an automated system.
