Thank you for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with texting your mom. We can definitely help. It sounds like since your mom did have an iPhone, she probably used iMessage. When she switched over to the Samsung, she would have needed to turn off the Imessage feature prior to activating the new phone. What she will need to do is log into her itunes account and disable the iMessage feature on there. Please let me know if you continue to have issues.
