I have a billing problem / questions and need to speak with a Customer Service rep. However, for the past several days I can't reach anyone. I continue receiving messages stating the call volume is higher than normal. I've been on hold nearly 30 minutes one time, over 10 minutes on another day, and over seven minutes on a third time. Also, with Live Chat there is no one available.
Does anyone know if Verizon provides 24-hour customer support? If so, I'd like to know when the call traffic is at its minimal, so that can reach them.

As much as I wish it were otherwise, there really is no good time of day to call as our incoming volumes are entirely at the whim of our customers.
