That screen showed up when i first got the phone, but I had set it to charge, and not be accessed by the computer. Now I cannot find how to change that, and the computer is not recognizing the device exists. Checked settings and cannot find anything but options to share data via bluetooth, and tapping another device.
HELP!

We'll get the bottom of this Raygae. First, make sure USB Mass Storage mode is enabled http://vz.to/1eXk4Lv. If your computer is still not recognizing your phone, download drivers from Samsung's site http://bit.ly/Mg6kkh.

The problem is that when I plug in, the phone starts charging, but the “USB Connected” does not appear when I drag down the window shade. The phone is not seeing the connection, but it does charge when connected.
I cannot enable USB Mass Storage Mode.
I tried downloading the drivers, to see if the computer can find the phone. Still no luck.
(insert frown here!)

Raygae,
I am sorry that you are still not able to download your photos. Do you have a memory card that has the photos stored on it? If you so you can put your memory card into a memory card reader and insert it into your computer and it will transfer the photos.
