Can I update my device from outside the United States?

hi this is shaik from thailand i bought verzion htc one m7 in america , my problem i using her Gsm sim card , i try to update my device but i cant because of reasion my device can only update in CDMA mode. so please can u help me how to update my device

Greeting to you all the way in Thailand! I can definitely understand the importance of having the most recent updates on your phone.

Since you are outside the USA you will need to contact the manufacture for assistance with the update on your device.

You probably have to update it through the RUU available from HTC.
