    Prepaid Data Plan


      I purchased a jetpack and a prepaid 10GB plan.   I have used up the 10GB in 3 weeks and called in to add $$ for another 10GB.   How do I get it to add the 10GB with the prepayment?    I called them and was on hold so though perhaps someone here can help me.   It says I have a prepayment, but I want to use my data.....          Can someone please enlighten me.
