Our previous 2-yr contract ended on 11/7/13, and it included (2) flip phones and (1) Samsung tablet with a data plan.
Our new service is for (2) Galaxy S III smart phones and, apparently, the old Samsung tablet. I want to cancel service on the tablet but it's not clear how to do this via the Verizon website.
Any suggestions will be appreciated!
You can't cancel a line of service on-line; you either have to visit your local Corporate Verizon store or call Customer Service.
