Is anyone going to call me about the $180 I am being shorted via my trade in?5 different communications have gone unanswered.It is extremely apparent that I am not the only person being ripped off.Even though Verizon uses a third party,they should still stand behind their name. I have proof of a working phone, and now am being told it doesn't work. Something isn't adding up. Send me back my phone if you won't pay up
This is a peer-to-peer forum, not Customer Service. So we can't do anything about your trade-in. Verizon reps occasionally pop into threads and respond, but they seem to only respond to posts marked as a question, and yours isn't.
And I hate to continue to be the bearer of not-so-good news, but there's quite a few threads/posts on this forum with the same issue as yours.
As suggested by another post regarding the recycle program I called 611 and got immediate help - they contacted the person in charge of the recycling program and resolved my issue. (Appraised amount was not what I received). I spoke with Ryan - the other post said they spoke with someone else but also got immediate response. Call - be nice - they want to make this right.
