A few days ago, my Droid 4 stopped ringing and vibrating. The ringer is all the way on high. Silent mode is not activated.
How can I fix this?
After a visit to the Verizon store, I can now hear the phone ringing. The technician pressed the power button and volume button concurrently and that fixed the problem.
