Razr not showing up in My Computer

I'm running Win XP SP3 and when I try to hook up my Razr via USB it's not showing up in my computer.

I plug it in, it makes the connect sound, the phone says it's connected as a media device, Motorola device manager recognizes my Razr, but it's not listed as a device in My Computer.

If I switch the phone to Camera (PTP) it comes up in My Computer.

What's going on? How do I fix this?
