      Just activated my phone (after switching from iPhone 4s to an iPhone5s) and it says 'pending order'.' Also, switched upgrade from a family member's line to mine and activation on phone still says her number.

          I am happy to assist you with activating your device.  Please share more details as to what method you used to attempt activation.  Were you attempting to activate by dialing the activation toll free number 877-807-4646 or were you attempting to activate your device on My Verizon (www.vzw.com)?  Ensure your previous iPhone 4S is powered off when activating your new device.  Please keep me posted so I can further assist.  Thanks!
