    Customer Service? What?


      I have been trying for two days to contact customer service via Online Chat. However, it says no agents are available. I received my bill and it is charging me $65.00 for early termination fee for one of the lines on my plan and this is incorrect. I don't have time to sit on the phone and be transferred several times until I get someone I can understand and that actually will fix the problem. If I had it all to do over again, I would go with pre-paid unlimited for three phone lines and it would save me almost $100.00 per month. I'm so over it. Can't wait for my plan to expire.
