    Verizon Network Issues


      I recently had my iPhone replaced at an Apple store.  The replacement worked fine until a week ago when I suddenly stopped getting decent reception.  Getting 3g is a rarity, and most of the time the phone just searches for a network, draining the battery; if I do get a signal it's usually 1 or 2 bars on the 1x network.    I've dialed *228 several times, restored as a new iPhone, and reset the network settings, but nothing seems to work.
