    Help I can't unlock my Samsung Galaxy S 4

I am locked out of my phone set up a password that I must have done it incorrectly TWICE now I need to just go back to defaults.  How do I do that?

You can do a factory reset, that will reset the phone to just as it came out of the box.

            Hello and happy Friday kleinak!

Were you able to get your device unlocked? If not then like a pillow, we are here to support you! oldspook suggested a factory reset. If you have done so then please advise. If not then I would suggest verifying that all of your contacts & calendar entries are backed up on your Gmail account before doing so. Here's a link on the steps on how to do the hard reset when you're ready.

Once you have done the reset, please test all voice and data services before restoring personal information to the phone. This way, we can confirm that your device is fully functional before you go through the steps of customizing your device. Let me know if more assistance is needed.

            Thank you...
