    Security Deposit


      I had to make a 400 dollar security deposit and I have been in contract for a year. How does this work? Is there any action I need to take in order to receive it? Or when should I expect it? HELP!!!

          Hello and happy anniversary chavezgabriela11! It has truly been a pleasure to be your wireless provide over the past year and we are looking forward to many more years to come. In order to have the security deposit refunded, the follow requirements have to have been met:

            • Wireless number is active
            • Deposit has been on the account for 350 days
            • No suspends due to Fraud or non payment
            • No payment reversals (credit card, ACH, or paper check NSF)
            • Account is not a Government or National Account

          If thiese requirements been satisfied then please advise so we can proceed with the refund process.
