Can't send out text messages and I keep getting this cause code HELP

I would suggest calling customer service from another phone at 1-800-922-0204 and have them reset the text message feature from their side. You might also have to get a new 4G LTE SIM card for the phone.

Thank you this is the 9th phone I have had since I got it and it's always something with Verizon
