      When I am logged into my Verizon account and go to the media store.    I click on manage my ringback tones an error pops up and disappears before I can read it and sends me back to the main media store page something about not being subscribed how do I subscribe.

          Once you are sent back to the Media store, you need to purchase the ringback tone(s) of your choice - when you go through with the purchase, you will then be subscribed @ $0.99 a month and the cost of the ringback. 


          Then you can "Manage" as usual.
