    Verizon Cloud & Backup Assistant apps not working


      I recently received an iPhone 4 for work and am trying to transfer my contacts via backup assistant.  Log in via the website works, however when I try to login to Verizon Cloud an error messages says "Something went wrong. There was a problem when you signed in. Please wait a moment and sign in again "  I have been receiving this message for the past few hours or so.


      I downloaded the Backup Assistant app and it would not validate my login information claiming my username and /or password was wrong.


      Is there any other way to transfer my contacts besides the obvious archaic method of manually transferring them?
