this is for the people having trouble activating i called customer service and they activated it for me in no time
Same problem. Mine would not activate called support and they got it right away.
Apparently they are having problems in the stores, too. However, the customer service reps were really helpful and got me up and running.
And now that it's successfully activated, my first technical question is: how do I get rid of that ridiculous Amazon screen and the Samsung Hub screen. That space is for frequently used apps-- not advertisements.
just like you do an app hold over it and drag it up to top of screen
