Customer Service definitely is a pain in the butt. I have been waiting for over a week to get our bill straighten out. Its really been messed up for as long as we have been customers this past December 3rd, 2012. Ive been so upset over this bill. I promise this as soon as these two contracts run out I am switching providers.. Has anyone had any bill problems with Verizon like this?
I am on the phone for yet another hour trying to solve a missing returned phone from January. Really January? I was on hold with CS an hour the other day, they said they found where the phoe was returned but now they cant find any notes on this again and they still want me to pay for a phone I dont have -=--- Join the club, their notes in CS are terrible.
