Have you tried using the last four numbers of your phone number?
If the phone will let you...see if you can dial *228 and press call/send. Press option 1 when you hear the recording. Once it's done programming the phone should restart. This will reset the lock code to the last four of your cell#. The trick is if the phone will let you dial while locked...some phones do and some don't.

Good news here is that I've got the key to help get us back into your locked phone. As helpfully described below from a fellow community member, have you tried using the last four of your phone number? If you had never setup a password, that's ultimately what's going to help get us back in.
