Ringback tones are managed through your on-line MyVerizon account or by contacting Customer Service.
Ringback Tones are awesome CashierJudy, but if you'd like to remove the feature tikibar1 is correct. If you log into My Verizon http://bit.ly/xB4iTc and select "Change Features" to delete the Ringback Tone feature. This will end your $.99 per month subscription and also remove any Ringback Tones you've purchased. If you'd rather keep the Ringback Tone feature and are just looking to change the song, you can manage your Ringback Tones online at http://bit.ly/AyxJKJ.
