I'm receiving old emails

barton24, let's make sure your email is working properly. What type of email account are you using? Are the emails you are receiving also being received on your email account on the computer?

Im using hotmail account its not doing this on my tablet. The first lg g2 phone i had did this as well then it broke i got a new one and some thing I've removed the account and then it starts all over again.

Have you tried to log-in your Hotmail account (From a PC) to see if the old emails are appearing as new emails? Lets try to delete the email account and add back.

Touch Apps
Touch Menu
Touch Settings
Touch the Hotmail account
Scroll to and touch Remove account
Touch yes
The email account should then be removed

Add email account back and test.

I understand how important it is to have your phone delete your emails properly. With this happening on both phones we encourage you to reach out to Hotmail for assistance on the emails still staying on the server.
