outdoor cell antenna for indoor rebroadcast - 3G w/ an iPhone 4s

I plan on installing an outside cell antenna to pick up a 3G cell signal for data and voice.  I then plan on rebroadcasting the signal inside my home and using my iPhone 4s as a hot spot, as I have no broadband ISP where I live.  What hardware would you recommend for the antenna and retransmission of the cell signal? Thanks,
