    New Customer - Billing


      Hi new customer here. I'm a recent transplant from Sprint and cant express enough how great a move it was for me. My question has to do with billing. I recently started my new service with Verizon on the 11th of December. Apparently the billing cycle ended on the 13th and I come to find out that I am being charged for the whole entire month including November. Is that some type of error by billing? I could understand my two days with verizon of the 11th and 12th would be pro-rated with my next bill, but an entire month including November? Don't I have a strong case?
