When you request it, the Account OWNER gets the request and they can either say yes or say no.... I am suspecting the latter is happening
Since this is my personal account and nobody else has access, who would be the Account OWNER then? Please tell.
Alright, calm down. In reading your post, it is not stated you are the only one on the account, just that you are asking for account access.
Call VZW. We all are customers, just like you. In this instance, there is nothing we can do to get this corrected.
We would love to get you access to your My Verizon account. In order to do so, please contact us at 800.922.0204 in order for us to change your online account status from Account Manager to Account Owner.
More than likely, we will need to delete your profile and begin the online registration all over for you, but at least you will get access to your bill.
