Recently my phone has not been charging. I connect it and it says it charging but the percentage is not going up. Sometimes i'm lucky and it charges but not all the way to 100%. So thinking that is was a battery problem i went to go buy one. i tried it out and told they guy if he could try to charge it with the new battery to see just case it was the battery or the phone. It wasn't charging. So im guessing it the phone. i got the phone over the summer. i don't understand why it's doing this, it's practically new! Do you think i should go to verizon? what's going to happen? are they gonna give me a new phone?

Yeah, this just happened to me. Imagine my surprise when I opened the replacement phone and it has a label that said "like new certified." I spent a ton of money on my Galaxy S III and when it died, they sent me a pre-owned phone! Customer service said they would send me a new phone, which is what I asked for. I am furious.
Yeah I have battery issues too since the JB update. Charges very slowly, never finishes when on; off, it goes almost nowhere for hours, then jumps to 100% and stops charging, but turn it on and it says only a few % more than when I shut it down. Dumb glitch they need to fix ASAP!
