    Voice Mail Problem


      I'm not able to access my voice mail even when I get on my Verizon account to reset my password, it still doesn't work.  I'm not even able to access it through another phone, it keeps telling me an "unauthorized" caller has made attempts to get into the voice mail even though that caller is none other than myself.


      Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

          It will be my pleasure to help you regain access to your voicemail again!
          If you continue all the way through the entire message you can press #2 in order to continue on to retrieve the messages.
          If that doesn't work, give us a ring at 800.922.0204 to have us reset the voicemail password.
